📄 Introduction

👤 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money features on the egame99 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The information you provide at registration forms the basis of your account record, and you are obligated to keep it up to date at all times.

• 4.1 All registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number, must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• 4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• 4.3 KYC verification is mandatory and must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed. The Company reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the player relationship, including at registration, prior to deposit processing, or as part of an ongoing account review.
• 4.4 Accepted KYC documents include: Malaysian IC (MyKad), valid international passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Additional documentation such as proof of address or payment method ownership may be requested at the Company's discretion.
• 4.5 egame99 reserves the right to decline any Account registration or KYC submission without being required to provide a specific reason, consistent with its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.

💳 Deposits & Payments

egame99 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

• 5.1 Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, debit/credit cards, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).
• 5.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• 5.3 All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing. Exchange rate fluctuations are borne by the Player.
• 5.4 Deposits made by e-wallet or DuitNow are typically credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds. FPX and online banking transfers may take 5–15 minutes. The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
• 5.5 The Company reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

💸 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests will be processed promptly for accounts that are fully KYC-verified and in good standing.

• 6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM30,000. Limits may be adjusted for VIP tier accounts.
• 6.2 Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. The Company will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments.
• 6.3 E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are targeted for processing within 5–30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• 6.4 Any bonus funds remaining in your Account at the time of a withdrawal request that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited automatically. Only real-money balances exceeding wagering obligations are eligible for withdrawal.
• 6.5 egame99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing large withdrawals or where unusual activity is detected. This may extend processing time. Players will be notified of any such review.
• 6.6 The Company shall not be liable for losses or delays caused by errors in payment details provided by the Player, including incorrect bank account numbers, e-wallet IDs, or cryptocurrency wallet addresses.

🎁 Bonuses & Promotions

egame99 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out herein as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer at the time it is published.

• 7.1 Bonus funds are credited to the Bonus wallet and are separate from the real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings are converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• 7.2 Unless otherwise specified, standard wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. Wagering requirements detail the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• 7.3 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute at a lower rate. Full contribution rates are detailed in the specific promotion terms.
• 7.4 Bonuses have an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be completed. Uncompleted bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry. Expiry periods are specified in individual promotion terms.
• 7.5 egame99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or change in promotional strategy.
• 7.6 Players who are found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim offers, employing low-variance betting strategies during bonus play, or coordinating with other players — may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
• 7.7 Birthday bonuses and referral rewards under the egame99 loyalty programme are subject to their own specific terms and tier eligibility requirements. Both parties in a referral must be aged 21+ and fully KYC-verified.

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the egame99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities.

• 8.1 Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false or third-party personal details.
• 8.2 Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• 8.3 Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or harvest data.
• 8.4 Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• 8.5 Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated play in live dealer games.
• 8.6 Attempting to charge back deposits made to your egame99 Account through your payment provider or financial institution.
• 8.7 Using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to conceal your true location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdiction-based access restrictions.

• 9.1 No content from the egame99 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Company.
• 9.2 The "egame99" brand name, logo, and domain name are protected marks. Unauthorised use of the brand name or any confusingly similar mark is prohibited.
• 9.3 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, egame99, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

• 10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. egame99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• 10.2 egame99 shall not be liable for losses arising from: scheduled or unscheduled maintenance downtime; telecommunications or internet service failures; events outside its reasonable control including natural disasters, civil unrest, or regulatory intervention.
• 10.3 In any event, the Company's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

🔐 Account Suspension & Closure

egame99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected to have occurred.

• 12.1 Grounds for suspension or closure include, without limitation: breach of eligibility requirements; suspected fraud or money laundering; duplicate Account creation; use of prohibited software; bonus abuse; unresolved KYC documentation; or player-requested self-exclusion.
• 12.2 Where an Account is closed for breach of Terms, any balance held in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in their entirety without compensation.
• 12.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting 24/7 live chat support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their last active payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• 12.4 Where an Account is closed at the Company's initiative for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms (such as a regulatory change), the Company will notify the Player within a reasonable timeframe and facilitate the return of any available balance.

🌐 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and licensed, as an internationally operating online gaming platform.

• 13.1 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including their validity, breach, termination, or interpretation — shall first be referred to the egame99 Customer Support team for resolution in good faith.
• 13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the Company's internal process within a reasonable timeframe, it shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.
